TIM MORGAN
Tim Morgan joined Tough & Podrebarac as an associate after practicing litigation for several years at one of Canada’s leading national law firms.
His practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation. Tim also has experience and interest in class action litigation from both the plaintiff and defence side. He has worked on several certification motions and written an article on the aggregate assessment of damages in class proceedings for the Class Action Review. Tim also has experience with limitation issues and a working knowledge of Ontario’s limitation legislation.
Tim obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in psychology from Queen’s University. He obtained his Juris Doctrate from University of Toronto Law School, graduating on the Dean’s List.
Tim was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and is a member of the Advocate’s Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
