JONATHAN BIDA
Jonathan joined Tough & Podrebarac as an associate in 2007 after a clerkship at the Ontario Securities Commission. His practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation. His legal interests include issues facing parties in regulatory disputes and evidentiary issues as they arise in litigation.
Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University and graduated on the Dean’s List as a Queen’s Law Bronze Scholar. Jonathan was also involved in Legal Aid and summered at a top insurance litigation boutique.
Jonathan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
